Transaction Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and highly capable Transaction Manager to join Ocean BMW Plymouth. This role presents an excellent development opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive who is ready to progress their career within the business.
Your role
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer outcomes through the FCA compliant sale of finance, insurance, warranties and Additional products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for good outcomes with sales performance.
- Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
- Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
We're looking for:
- Someone with experience as a Transaction or Business Manager from a franchised automotive dealership, though we will consider a high-performing Sales Executive or Sales Controller ready to step up.
- Someone with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of F&I regulation and best practice.
- Someone organised, a confident team leader who can inspire trust, coach effectively, and support a high-performance sales culture.
- Most importantly, someone who thrives in a customer-focused, compliance-driven environment, and who’s ready to help others succeed while delivering great outcomes.
