At Ocean BMW Plymouth, we are seeking a Sales Executive who can deliver an exceptional customer journey, combining commercial success with the premium standards our brand is known for.

Your role

In this role, you will deliver a highly personalised and consultative sales experience, taking time to understand each customer’s lifestyle, expectations, and preferences before introducing the BMW model and ownership solution best suited to them. From product features and added value services to finance and contract options, you will guide customers with confidence, credibility, and care throughout the entire purchase journey. This role is based on a 5-day working week, and we are closed on Sundays.

About you

You will have proven automotive sales experience, a full UK driving licence, and the ambition, resilience, and professionalism required to thrive in a performance-driven environment. Most importantly, you will take pride in delivering a first-class customer experience and have the motivation to succeed to the highest standard.
