Ocean BMW Falmouth is looking for a Vehicle Service Technician.
Your role
You will have proven Service Technician experience and will work on electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems for a range of BMW models. With our diagnostic technology at your fingertips, you'll inspect components for wear and tear, carry out technical maintenance, repair or replace parts, as well as verifying vehicle functions and their subsystems and performing retrofitting work. We'll also look to you to support and guide other technicians and apprentices.
Your profile
Your technical training in an automotive dealership or similar environment will be backed by extensive experience of working with prestige vehicles. A driving licence is essential. A genuine team player who loves to share your knowledge with others, you're continually focused on the needs of customers.
Rewards
Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary and an uncapped bonus scheme along with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays per year, a pension scheme, and an employee referral scheme. The packages we are offering are dependent upon experience and accreditation. However, experienced qualified Technicians have an earning potential of up to £50,000. Any overtime is paid at time and a half. BMW backed ongoing training through to Master Technician and development is offered with this role particularly on EV/hybrid technology as is the opportunity for progression within the business.
