Ocean BMW Falmouth are looking for a part time Receptionist/Showroom Host to join its high performing team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience, then this is a great opportunity to join one of the worlds admired brands in the motor industry.

Your role

As a Receptionist/Showroom Host, you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all who enter the Retail Centre. You will build rapport with our customers, and establish their needs quickly in order to create a bespoke service for them. You will also manage incoming calls and will be responsible for connecting the callers to the right department. Our Receptionists/Showroom Hosts are our Brand Ambassadors, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything they do.

Your profile

To provide the best service to our customers we'll need someone who is: a proactive communicator with our management and dealership teams, innovative in your approach to creating positive customer experiences and someone who will use their own initiative where they think it will delight a customer. You will also need excellent organisational and preparation skills with a genuine passion for detail.

Your working hours will be Mon - Fri 12:45pm to 5:30pm working alternate Saturdays 09:00am - 3:00pm. For this role a degree of flexibility is required to cover any holiday and sickness.
