Ocean MINI Falmouth are looking for a Car Sales Executive to join its high performing team. If you have a passion for cars and want to deliver exceptional customer experience, then this is a great opportunity to join one of the worlds admired brands in the motor industry.
Your role
You’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how a MINI fits into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process. You will work a 5 day week. We are closed on Sundays.
Your profile
You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A full and valid UK driving licence is required.

Basic salary £23,500 with r ealistic uncapped earning potential of £45,000.
Proven experience in sales within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
