Ocean BMW Falmouth is looking for an ambitious and experienced BMW Used Car Sales Manager to lead our successful sales team and drive continued growth across our business. The Role
As Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results. You will drive new vehicle sales performance while ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Driving new vehicle sales, finance, insurance and accessory performance.
- Monitoring sales activity, forecasting performance and managing departmental KPIs.
