What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a creative and analytical CRM specialist with a commercial mind to own and shape our CRM Marketing calendar, by delivering best-in-class communications to our customers and optimising them through test and learn to drive results and hit our KPIs.
The ideal candidate will be driven and motivated, with strong stakeholder management and organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership and planning of the CRM marketing calendar, continuously monitoring performance and making improvements to ensure KPIs are hit
  • Generate new ideas for CRM marketing content, liaising closely with the brand and PR teams to align on seasonal moments and relevant research
  • End-to-end execution of CRM marketing campaigns, including brief development, delivering feedback to copy and design, and building campaigns
  • Planning, executing and reporting A/B tests, ensuring insights are shared and actioned to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Work closely with commercial team to ensure communication of our products is accurate, timely, and promoted to appropriate audiences
  • Ensure all communications are fully compliant with FCA and GDPR, and champion CRM best practice

Requirements
Here’s what we think you’ll need to succeed in this role:

  • High-level of proficiency with CRM platforms, tools and technologies
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data insight to drive campaign improvements
  • Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels, including email and push
  • Experience editing html code

The hiring process:

  • Second stage panel interview at our office with in-the-room assessment (90 mins)
  • Final round chat with CEO (30 mins)
