About the job
As our new Customer Contact Agent, you’ll be the kind of person who loves to push the boundaries of what’s possible and thrives in a fast-paced environment like ours.
In this role, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound telephony contact with our customers, providing an outstanding level of service, and ensuring their secured loan or mortgage inquiries are dealt with efficiently and accurately, with fair customer outcomes at the heart of everything you do.
You must have the strength and resilience to handle high call volumes while demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service.
What you’ll be doing for us
A typical day may include…
- Conducting outbound calls in response to customer inquiries
- Ensuring all callbacks are actioned on time and at customers\’ requests
- Attaining and maintaining competence under the IL Training and Competence Scheme
- Achieving individual daily, weekly, and monthly key performance targets and contributing to departmental goals
- Ensuring calls are compliant and follow the call structure provided
- Taking inbound calls as needed
- Upholding Intelligent Lending’s principles at all times
- Undertaking any other duties necessary for the role
Skills required include:
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to proactively build customer relationships
- Self-motivated and driven
- Passionate about delivering positive outcomes for customers
