TotallyMoney is part of the Think Money Group, which includes Ocean Finance, CredAbility, TotallyMoney and Money Wellness.
Location: Remote / 2 Days a week in Old Street, London
Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 a year
Hours: 40 hrs/week, 7 am – 7 pm core hours

At TotallyMoney, CRM drives over 50% of our revenue, so you’ll be in a role that can make a huge impact from Day 1. We don’t expect you to have a long history of CRM experience – just strong examples of work in a business-to-consumer space in which you made a tangible impact.

What you’ll do:
As part of the CRM team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Launching and managing CRM campaigns that wow our customers and drive revenue
  • Designing and executing A/B tests to optimise performance and boost conversion.
  • Creating ad-hoc campaigns to surprise and delight our customers.
  • Maintaining clean, consistent, and effective campaign setups.
  • Translating ideas into clear creative briefs for our design team.
  • Sharing insights and workflows with stakeholders.

Here’s what a normal day in the job might look like:

  • Collaborating with commercial, product, and brand marketing teams.
  • Using smart segmentation to tailor communications.
  • Tracking campaign metrics and turning insights into action.
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
