Chief Engineer - Live Fish Carrier in Oban

Due to fleet expansion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Chief Engineer to serve on one of our Live Fish Carriers operating throughout Scotland.

Responsibilities

The Chief Engineer will be responsible for all day-to-day running and maintenance of all machinery and equipment onboard our Live Fish Carrier vessels, keeping within statutory and regulatory guidelines as requested by our Company, MCA and DNV.

Qualifications

• Minimum SV Chief Engineer <9000kW>
• Valid STCW\’s and valid ENG1 Medical.
• Strong communication skills.
• Well Boat/Aquaculture experience would be an advantage.
