Your responsibilities as Asset Data Manager:

  • Maintain the asset management database, ensuring housing asset, compliance and maintenance records remain accurate and up to date
  • Monitor compliance programmes, inspections, servicing schedules and remedial actions through to completion
  • Produce reports, dashboards and performance analysis to identify trends, risks, overdue actions and data gaps
  • Coordinate project plans, action trackers and improvement workstreams, escalating issues where required
  • Support the development of reporting tools, systems and processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Liaise with contractors, managing agents and internal teams to obtain information and ensure agreed actions are delivered

What we're looking for in an Asset Data Manager:

  • Previous experience within property, compliance or managing agent administration
  • Strong administration, data management and project coordination capability
  • Advanced Excel, reporting and dashboard skills with the ability to analyse and present data clearly
  • Knowledge of building safety compliance, fire safety, property compliance or asset management
  • Experience maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance information and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
