Ocean City Bids is recruiting for Bid Manager for within the healthcare sector. Reporting to the Director of Bids, this is predominantly a writing role, focused on high-quality delivery rather than bid and process management. The Role: You will lead the end-to-end development of winning proposals for a diverse portfolio of NHS and Local Authority services, including community health, specialist clinics, and social care. Bid Writing: Create high-quality, persuasive narratives for complex healthcare tenders. Approximately 75% of the role involves bid writing. SME Engagement: Tease out technical information from SMEs and translate it into compelling win themes. Project Management: Own the bid lifecycle, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and strict adherence to deadlines. Content Strategy: Maintain a high-quality bid library and contribute to service design and commercial modelling.
