What you’ll be doing:
As we approach the next stage of growth, we’re looking for our next Supply Chain & ESG Lead to join our Operations team. This role combines supply chain analysis and planning with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data management and reporting. The Senior Analyst ensures efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations while supporting Ocean Bottle’s sustainability commitments, including B Corp certification, carbon accounting, and impact reporting.
- Supply Chain Operations & Planning
- Manage demand forecasting, stock planning, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels across our global supply chain.
- Manage our inventory management systems and own the system operations and continuous improvement, especially process automations.
- Prepare and maintain buying plans to ensure timely purchase orders and product availability in line with sales forecasts.
- Develop and maintain supply chain reports and dashboards to support data driven choices across the business.
- Support cost management and budgeting processes, including landed cost analysis and logistics cost tracking.
- ESG & Sustainability Reporting
- Collect, consolidate, and evaluate ESG and impact data across the business - including plastic collection metrics, carbon footprint (Scopes 1–3), and supplier sustainability performance credentials.
- Manage annual impact reporting, investor and stakeholder disclosures, and certification processes (e.g., B Corp recertification, carbon reporting).
- Supplier Engagement
- Liaise with contract manufacturers to gather data on production, materials, and sustainability performance.
- Support supplier ESG assessments and corrective actions to meet Ocean Bottle’s ethical and environmental standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supplier performance and sustainability practices.
