Responsibilities include:
- Provide compassionate support to children with autism, promoting their participation in daily activities and learning.
- Assist with implementing individual support plans and encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.
- Observe, monitor, and report on children’s progress clearly and accurately.

Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children or adults with additional needs is essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of Ofsted guidelines.
- Compassionate and patient approach to supporting children with autism.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children, families, and team members.
- Understanding of autism and its impact on learning and behaviour is advantageous.
- Reliable and adaptable with a positive attitude towards personal and professional development.
