As a Control Room Operator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, monitoring systems, responding to real-time events, and ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently. This is a critical role where your vigilance and quick thinking help keep people safe and systems performing at their best. Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and email enquiries from colleagues and customers, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times. Collaborate closely with the Control Room Team to maintain consistent, transparent, and ongoing communication regarding daily operations and service updates. Monitor and manage the employee tracking and scheduling system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Liaise effectively with all departments across the organisation to support seamless operations and cross-functional coordination. Must have a CCTV Licence Background in administration or customer service roles. Experience within the security industry is a strong advantage.
