WithYou is seeking a part-time Independent Prescriber to join their Stoke-on-Trent team. The role involves 15 hours per week (7.5 hours Monday and Tuesday) with a fixed term to 31/03/2028, based at community clinics across the area.
You will assess, diagnose and manage care for clients, coordinating with nurses, recovery workers and other professionals to provide safe and effective treatment in a supportive environment.
