The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
Monday to Friday working (plus every second Saturday), with additional flexibility where required. We welcome applications from candidates who are fully trained and experienced butchers.
