- Speaking with existing business customers by phone and email
- Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to introduce our products and services
- Helping customers choose the right equipment for their projects
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Processing hire orders and keeping customers updated
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services
- Working alongside a supportive team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Supplying equipment to some of the UK's biggest construction and infrastructure projects
