You will have the opportunity to help shape a new service from the outset, bringing your clinical expertise to a model that combines professional nursing and prescribing with a recovery-focused residential environment.

You will be joining With You, an organisation committed to improving the health and wellbeing of people affected by drug and alcohol use, while working alongside an experienced recovery organisation to deliver something genuinely different.

  • A strong understanding of safeguarding, mental capacity, clinical risk and professional accountability.
  • Excellent communication and partnership-working skills.
  • A commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred and non-judgemental care.
