Join our dedicated social care ‘Lifestyles’ team and make a real difference during the night for adults who need compassionate, person-centred support. We are looking for a caring, reliable and motivated Care & Support Worker to support residents overnight, helping to ensure their safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout the night shift.
- Shift pattern: Waking nights, 21:00–09:00
- Pay: £12.87 per hour
Work as part of a team to provide physical and social support to our residents and service users so that they can achieve an appropriate level of independence and wellbeing:
- Ensure their personal and emotional care requirements are met in line with the personal choices they express.
- Ensure that all personal hygiene needs are met by helping them to wash, dress/undress and use the toilet, ensuring all their nutritional choices are also met.

Adults aged over 18 with physical disabilities can come along and enjoy our day care opportunities and sensory enrichment programme. The RISE Centre, our facility specially designed for adults with physical disabilities enables individuals to achieve their own goals and aspirations whilst experiencing and learning new skills, and a variety of therapies and activities. The care programmes are tailored to the individual to ensure everyone receives maximum benefit from their day with us.

An interest in working in adult care services:
- Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent, or be willing to attain it.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Basic education in English and maths.
