About the Role First Response Group is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer focused Gateman to join our team. As a trusted representative of FRG, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the site. In this position, you will be responsible for controlling access to the premises, monitoring vehicle and pedestrian movements, and ensuring that only authorised personnel, visitors, and contractors enter the site. Acting as the first point of contact, you will provide a professional presence, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold the highest standards of security at all times. You will conduct routine security checks, maintain accurate site records, monitor gate operations, manage traffic flow, and respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or security concerns. Your vigilance, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help protect people, property, and assets while ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety regulations.
