Plan, organise, and deliver a varied programme of activities, events, and outings tailored to the interests and abilities of our residents.

Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels involved and respected.
Keep accurate records of activities and resident involvement in line with company policies.
Assist with decorating communal areas and organising seasonal events.
Creative and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for supporting older people.
Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to undertake relevant training and develop new skills.
