Salary: £13.15 per hour + 12.07% rolled-up holiday pay Hours: Casual / Bank Contract (Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and holidays) Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to live happy, fulfilling lives? We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and resilient Casual Children's Support Workers to join our friendly team at our 4-bed children's home in Winsford, supporting children and young people with autism and learning disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to help children develop independence, build confidence, enjoy meaningful experiences and achieve their personal goals within a safe, nurturing and supportive environment. As a Casual Children's Support Worker, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and support tailored to each child's individual needs. You will help create a positive home environment where children feel valued, respected and empowered to thrive. Supporting children with daily living activities and personal care where required. Encouraging participation in education, hobbies, social activities and community opportunities. Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people. Supporting children to manage behaviours that may challenge through positive and proactive approaches. Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, schools, health professionals and other agencies. Ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare. Experience in residential care, preferably with children.
