As a Casual Children's Support Worker, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and support tailored to each child's individual needs. Encouraging participation in education, hobbies, social activities and community opportunities. Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people. Supporting children to manage behaviours that may challenge through positive and proactive approaches. Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, schools, health professionals and other agencies.
