Job Opportunity

Due to our successful expansion, we have exciting opportunities for highly motivated, experienced and dedicated Community Care Workers to join our established team across Suffolk. We are currently covering Beccles and the surrounding areas.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support our clients in their own homes with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, shopping, companionship, emotional support, light housework and managing appointments. We are also looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team, supporting individuals with learning difficulties and complex needs in their own home environments. The role includes supporting individuals in accessing the community and empowering them to live independent and fulfilling lives.

We are looking for kind and reliable Care Assistants who possess the right qualities to support and encourage our clients to maintain their independence whilst remaining in a safe environment. We offer supportive and approachable management, alongside a positive and inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued and respected. Full training will be provided following the completion of e-learning, together with ongoing professional development opportunities.

We can offer:

  • £14.00 per hour (Monday–Friday)
  • £15.50 per hour (weekends)
  • 35p per mile mileage allowance
  • Access to a Blue Light Card
  • Paid face-to-face training
  • Paid DBS check
  • Free uniform
  • £250 Recommend a Friend bonus, payable once the referred employee has completed their third month of employment
