We’re looking for kind, reliable and genuinely caring people to join our friendly team and make a real difference in our local community. Due to our successful expansion, we have exciting opportunities for highly motivated, experienced and dedicated Community Care Workers to join our established team across Suffolk.
The role includes supporting individuals in accessing the community and empowering them to live independent and fulfilling lives. We are looking for kind and reliable Care Assistants who possess the right qualities to support and encourage our clients to maintain their independence whilst remaining in a safe environment.
Full training will be provided following the completion of e-learning, together with ongoing professional development opportunities.
- £14.00 per hour (Monday–Friday)
- £15.50 per hour (weekends)
- ~35p per mile mileage allowance
- Paid face-to-face training
- Paid DBS check
- Free uniform
- £250 Recommend a Friend bonus, payable once the referred employee has completed their third month of employment
Requirements:
- A holder of a full UK driving licence with access to a car (essential)
- A good communicator with a passion for delivering high-quality care to our clients
