Contract & Hours: Zero-hour contract: shifts offered according to event schedules and business needs. Work during T20 Blast, The Hundred, and selected community events throughout the season. Hours vary and may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome fans and bring energy to interactive zones.
  • Support sponsor activations and help create a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere for supporters of all ages.
  • Engage with diverse audiences and participate in matchday entertainment, community outreach, and a range of events across Birmingham and the wider region.
