We are looking for a UX AI Developer to design and build AI‑powered user experiences that improve how people interact with our products, tools, and services. This role will focus on combining user experience thinking with practical AI development to create intuitive, useful, and trustworthy experiences powered by AI.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI‑powered user experiences across products, platforms, and internal tools.
  • Work closely with product, design, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI to improve the user journey.
  • Build interfaces and interaction patterns for AI features such as assistants, recommendations, summarisation, search, guidance, and automation.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into practical AI‑enabled UX solutions.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate AI experiences to improve usability, clarity, trust, and adoption.
  • Help define best practices for how AI should behave within the user experience.
  • Ensure AI features are understandable, useful, and aligned with user expectations.
  • Collaborate on prompt flows, conversation design, feedback loops, and human‑in‑the‑loop experiences.
  • Monitor how users engage with AI features and improve performance based on insight and behaviour.
  • Support responsible AI design, including transparency, control, privacy, and user trust.

Qualifications

  • Experience in frontend development, product development, UX engineering, or AI product development.
  • Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered features, tools, or interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and digital product design.
  • Experience translating user and business requirements into working product features.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI assistants, or other interactive AI systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills across design, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on feedback and usage data.
  • Understanding of how to make complex technology feel simple and intuitive for users.
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with conversational interfaces, AI assistants, or chat‑based user journeys.
  • Experience with experimentation, usability testing, and user behaviour analysis.
