Responsibilities:
- Sort, file, and retrieve prescriptions to support the dispensary team.
- Process prescriptions onto the Curaleaf Pharmacy IT system (Cooper).
- Raise purchase orders for standard and bespoke items.
- Manage bespoke orders to meet lead times for patients.
- Troubleshoot patient records and request re‑writes when needed.
- Perform backlog checks and support import/export processes.
- Contact external agencies (e.g., clinics) to resolve queries.
- Follow KPIs and adhere to staff rotas covering pharmacy hours (8 am – 8 pm).
- Support and guide other admin assistants within the pharmacy team.
- Undertake training to enhance skills and experience.
Qualifications:
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Organised and methodical, able to handle prescriptions and orders.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
