We’re looking for a motivated and people focused Patient/Customer Services Coordinator to join our Curaleaf team, supporting patients who rely on medical cannabis to manage their health. You'll be the first friendly voice they hear, the reassuring message they receive, and the person who helps keep their journey smooth, supportive, and stress free.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Speak with patients via phone, email, live chat, and Zendesk
  • Guide patients through their medical cannabis journey and escalate when needed
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Use bespoke IT systems and maintain electronic health records
  • Take prescription payments over the phone
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalating for investigation
  • Make outbound calls regarding stock updates, orders, payments, deliveries or KYC issues
  • Keep product and process knowledge up to date
  • Liaise with couriers to support important or urgent deliveries
  • Support the Customer Service Manager, Supervisor, and other internal teams when needed
