Salary: £13.45 per hour

Hours: 15 hours per week, Mon - Fri 15:00 - 18:00

Are you looking for a new role? We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic Cleaning Team, based at The Quay Hub. There's never been a better time to join Totally Local Company. We're looking for someone with a 'can do, will do' attitude to come and join us - no experience necessary who will deliver high standards and be an ambassador for the TLC family in our community. A Disclosure and Barring Check will be required for the position.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • You’ll use equipment, machinery and cleaning materials effectively, efficiently and in accordance with safe working practices to carry out your duties.
  • You’ll check and report any faults with equipment, machinery or the building itself to the on site supervisor or Area Manager describing fully the nature of the faults.
  • You’ll maintain good working relationships with clients and deal with any minor queries or complaints, and relay any significant customer issues to the on site supervisor or Area Manager for further action.
  • You’ll participate in staff training programmes and carry out all duties in a responsible manner with due regard to the Authority's Health and Safety Policy.
  • You’ll perform any additional duties related to the work of the section appropriate to the post, as and when required.
