Hours: 12.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri 15:00 - 17:30
We’re looking for someone with a 'can do, will do' attitude to join our cleaning team – no experience necessary. The successful candidate will deliver high standards and act as an ambassador for the TLC family in our community.
What you will be doing in this role:
- Use equipment, machinery, and cleaning materials effectively and efficiently in accordance with safe working practices.
- Check and report any faults with equipment, machinery, or building to the on-site supervisor or Area Manager, describing the nature of the faults fully.
- Maintain good working relationships with clients, handle minor queries or complaints, and relay significant customer issues to the supervisor or Area Manager for further action.
- Participate in staff training programmes.
- Carry out all duties responsibly with due regard to the Authority's Health and Safety Policy.
- Perform any additional duties related to the work of the section as and when required.

- A Disclosure and Barring Check will be required for the position.
