What you will be doing in this role:
- Use equipment, machinery and cleaning materials effectively and safely to carry out duties.
- Check and report any faults with equipment, machinery or the building to the on-site supervisor or Area Manager.
- Maintain good working relationships with clients, deal with minor queries or complaints and relay significant customer issues to the on-site supervisor or Area Manager.
- Participate in staff training programmes and carry out all duties responsibly with due regard to the Authority's Health and Safety Policy.
- Perform any additional duties related to the work of the section appropriate to the post as required.
