What you will be doing:
- Use equipment, machinery and cleaning materials effectively, efficiently and in accordance with safe working practices to carry out duties.
- Check and report any faults with equipment, machinery or the building to the on-site supervisor or Area Manager, describing the fault clearly.
- Maintain good working relationships with clients and deal with minor queries or complaints; relay significant issues to the on-site supervisor or Area Manager for further action.
- Participate in staff training programmes and carry out duties with due regard to the Authority's Health and Safety Policy.
- Perform any additional duties related to the work of the section appropriate to the post, as required.
