Location: Southend-on-Sea, England, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

  • Drive a mobile medical unit (approximate size of an ambulance) or use a road-worthy vehicle to provide services on client sites across the UK.
  • Provide a wide range of company services, including hearing tests, lung function tests, skin checks, HAVS assessments, vision screening, job-specific medicals (e.g. FLT driver medicals), drug and alcohol screening, blood pressure checks and wellbeing assessments.
  • Work away from home, with overnight stays for up to four nights most weeks, and be prepared to work 24/7 shifts, including early starts, evenings and night shifts.
  • Ensure targets and KPIs are met while maintaining company protocols, workplace rules and procedures.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and their employees.
  • Actively support and promote the Latus Group and its policies.

Training & Development

  • Commit to and take responsibility for continued personal development.
  • Maintain evidence of ongoing development and attend all relevant internal and external training.
  • Share learning experiences with team members and pursue formal qualifications as required.
  • Discuss personal development needs with the Training & Quality Manager to achieve best practice and continually improve performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience delivering health-screening services or a background in health and wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and strong customer service/client focus.
  • Computer-literate, competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams) and occupational health software.
  • Full UK driver's licence with no more than six penalty points; ability to provide secure off-site parking if a mobile unit is used.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, prioritise tasks and manage time to meet tight deadlines.
  • Pro-active, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail and accurate data recording.

Position requires flexible working patterns, including potential weekend work, and readiness to travel across the UK.
