We are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner (People Business Partner) to enhance our Human Resources team. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Head of People team, integral in synchronising our human resources strategy with overarching business goals, particularly within the Operations division.

Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated HR support to the Operations division, enabling managers to implement the people agenda effectively.
- Utilise key data to inform decisions and recommend strategies to senior stakeholders.
- Enhance management capabilities through coaching, e-learning, and other development tools.
- Manage ER casework, performance issues, attendance, and other employee relations matters.
- Maintain visibility and build robust relationships within your client group and with external stakeholders.
- Promote and implement initiatives focused on employee engagement and wellbeing.
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner (People Business Partner), adept in managing change, and a proven ability to add value and improve operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, ability to challenge the status quo, and a history of building strong professional relationships.
- A keen interest in coaching, people development, and a strong operational background with some strategic experience.
