You will be part of the FM Projects Team, executing a range of electrical installation works across the UK, including historic buildings, secure environments and large commercial sites.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out a wide variety of electrical installation works for several clients.
- Perform electrical tests and inspections, lighting upgrades, replace obsolete switchgear, install new rising or lateral mains.
- Ensure all work complies with BS7671 standards and safety procedures.
- Complete remedial works after PPM, such as replacing failed emergency lights and upgrading distribution boards.
- Conduct surveys, prepare small estimates and material lists for proposed works.
- Work safely and to a high standard, covering Surrey & London with rare visits to Kent; mobile role with company van and fuel card.
- Potential progression to supervisory roles.
Qualifications
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (2357) Testing & Inspection (2391) or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Full Classroom Course & IET Wiring Regulations (7671).
- ECS Card.
- Full UK Driving License.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of IP4, PA, and PSA.
