We are seeking a motivated and professional Examinations Support Officer to join our Examinations team. Reporting to the Senior Examinations Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality services aligned with NOCN's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the examinations process from start to finish.
- Format and prepare exam materials.
- Track bookings, scripts, and results.
- Process reasonable adjustments and support malpractice procedures.
- Manage remote invigilation and exam records.
- Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
- Liaise with teams, centres, and external partners.
- Help improve exam processes and systems.
About You
- Strong administration and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Customer‑focused and adaptable.
- Experience formatting documents.
