Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and service checks on Ford and other makes.
- Fault finding and diagnostics.
- Produce reports on vehicle health and condition using an electronic health check system and following manufacturer guidelines.
- Communicate technical issues to customers via intuitive video software and face-to-face interactions.
- Work efficiently and safely in line with in-house processes and standards.
- Adapt to changing guidelines.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification within the automotive or engineering sector.
- Previous experience in a vehicle workshop.
- Ability to perform work methodically and safely.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Full driving licence.
- MOT qualification advantageous but not essential.
