Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate would be responsible for co‑ordinating and delivering laboratories in line with the Technical & Qualitative Brief.
- Working with and managing the consultant team, client representative, contractor (incl. supply chain) and wider client team.
Experience & Skills
- Experience of laboratory design or design of other technically challenging environments such as clean rooms is required.
- RIBA Stage 4 Delivery
- Good design and technical skills
- Excellent organisational, communications and client-facing skills
- Leadership and project management skills
- ARB/RIBA/RIAS registered
- UK experienced
