Shift pattern: 4on & 4off day (06:00-18:00) and night (18:00-06:00) shifts

Job Responsibilities:
- Travel to the areas we service for in‑person shadowing and to meet officers off base to ensure jobs are being completed properly.
- Ensure response services delivered expediently through effective allocation and motivation of the team.
- Facilitate on‑demand and ad‑hoc services, integrating them on patrol routes or allocating them to key wardens.
- Provide direct line management to the team on shift, ensuring they are acting in line with company policies, values and procedures, including completion of RTWs, providing feedback, and supporting disciplinary procedures.
- Allocate and return vehicles, keys and associated assets for all team members on your shift.
- Manage upkeep of office space and vehicles during your shift in collaboration with senior team members.
- Ensure quality of services delivered through completing quality assurance and providing immediate feedback.
- Manage any operational or on‑site challenges during your shift and report them effectively.
- Sourcing cover for late‑notice blow‑outs.
- Support the Asset Operations Manager with day‑to‑day processes including closing Chase jobs and handling client complaints.
- Serve as main point of contact for all communications between officers and management team, handling concerns.
- Track and address team attendance and uniform by monitoring clock‑in/out on the company’s attendance platform.

- Forward‑thinking, can‑do attitude, able to work well under pressure.
