As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and driven Project Manager to join our Project Services division to deliver projects to completion - ensuring they are on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties, exceeding expectations wherever possible. Position

  • Support the delivery teams to ensure the team achieve contractual KPI's
  • Update work orders with all necessary compliance certificates and associated documents onto the clients CAFM and local folders
  • Ensure all telephone calls are answered and dealt with in an efficient and competent manner, according to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the Contract(s)
  • Provide a Client Focus to communicate all queries, updates and expectations around KPI's and contractual agreements
  • Liaise with Supervisors on outstanding work
  • Promote personal and wider Health & Safety on site and amongst the team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office environment and communicating over the phone
  • IT literate with experience on Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word
  • Positive approach, resilient, determined and goal oriented.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently, reflecting high standards of integrity, quality, customer service and health and safety
  • Results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
