  • Help customers understand the best options to protect their families.
  • Work with a supportive team throughout the process.
  • Manage several clients at different stages.

Compensation & Benefits

  • £32,000 basic salary (up to £35,000 after probation).
  • Uncapped commission from Day 1.
  • Industry‑leading training and development.

  • Birthday off.

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week (9 am‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday).
  • One Saturday per month 9 am‑3 pm (day off in lieu).
  • After training, you can work from home two days a week.
