Responsibilities:

  • Provide high levels of customer service by handling enquiries and reservations, ensuring professional responses, arranging and confirming bookings, and building traveller profiles.
  • Conduct research for clients to secure the best travel deals.
  • Process e-tickets and travel documentation.
  • Offer advice on itinerary options, including visas, passport requirements and vaccinations.
  • Handle refunds and cancellations.

Qualifications:

  • Motivated, passionate individual with prior experience in business travel.
  • Experience using Sabre GDS (Galileo experience considered).
  • Excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in face-to-face client interactions.
  • Willingness to work 8 am-6 pm on a rota basis.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid working pattern: 3 days in office, 2 days remote after probation/training.
