Role Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
- Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
- Maintain 100% current status with all mandatory training throughout the year.
Role Requirements as a Care Assistant:
- Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
- Residing 20 minutes or less near to the care home.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- A caring and nurturing attitude.
- A positive and enthusiastic mindset.
