Responsibilities- Provide the highest level of care, supporting residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and assistance with washing, dressing, and eating.
- Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect.
- Promote physical and emotional wellbeing of residents.
- Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring 90% and above is achieved during all monthly audits.
- Maintain 100% current with all mandatory training throughout the year.
- Clear motivation and/or relevant experience.
- Reside within 30 minutes of the care home.
- Ability to work under pressure.
