Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Paediatric First Aid (preferred).
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding).
