Overview

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and adaptable individual to work alongside our energetic team. The role requires a CAN-DO attitude. We are a fast-paced business with plenty of opportunities for growth so if this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Administration Manager and the wider Project team in all aspects of administrative and documentation duties to maintain accurate records on portals and SharePoint.
  • Liaise between internal departments to ensure best communication with site queries; communicate effectively with the site team regarding plant and materials.
  • Compile manual costing from site records and liaise with the commercial team to ensure accuracy of overall cost reports.
  • Receipt delivery notes on accountancy software (NetSuite) and resolve any queries in a timely manner.
  • Upload delivery notes accurately to the project software (innDex).
  • Download weekly registers to SharePoint.
  • Assist with general admin duties such as IT, QA, H&S.
  • Scan and file Muck tickets on SharePoint.
  • Organise, manage, and maintain the paper and electronic filing systems used by the Company; create and manage documents as required.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and Health & Safety requirements to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant workplace.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Organised with good communication skills.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, innDex, Excel, Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of data inputting and administrative tasks.
