Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of IT and other projects across the firm.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project success.
  • Create, coordinate and maintain project plans, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities and timelines.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and seek feedback, building and sustaining positive relationships.
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones, identify deviations or risks, and generate regular progress reports.
  • Assist with post‑project reviews to evaluate success and recommend improvements for future projects.
  • Verify datasets to maximise the use and efficiency of IT projects.
  • Track cyber‑training and phishing‑email results.
  • Organise project files and notes.
  • Maintain the IT 'Bible', reviewing software across the firm and ensuring renewals are on track.
  • Support the Project and Change Senior Manager with any additional project‑related matters across the firm.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Experience in a project‑based role, supporting change and process‑improvement projects, predominantly with an IT focus.
  • Highly organised and motivated.
  • Advocate for driving change within the organisation.
  • Excellent communication with people at all levels – face to face and in writing.
  • Task‑driven, keen to deliver exceptional results and promote positive outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of efficient use of software.
  • Active team player willing to contribute to the team's and firm's success.
  • Positive, initiative‑driven and able to work under pressure.
