The Procurement Officer will oversee contracts, suppliers, and tendering to ensure value for money and compliance across the organisation. The role includes managing supplier approvals, maintaining procurement records, coordinating utilities and insurance processes, and supporting stakeholders with expert advice on purchasing, best practice, and policy compliance. You'll help drive efficient, transparent procurement that supports high-quality care delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring essential experience in a professional purchasing environment, with a proven ability to deliver change and manage projects successfully, while also ideally holding CIPS membership or showing a willingness to pursue relevant procurement qualifications and ongoing training.

Trust is committed to safeguarding vulnerable people, and our Safer Recruitment process requires all employees to have an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with our Recruitment & Selection policy. We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS; however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
