Role: We’re hiring for a Talent Acquisition Partner to build future‑ready talent pipelines that support business growth. You will partner with leaders to understand and service current and future talent needs, build and maintain a strong employer brand, and continuously improve recruitment and selection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their growth plans and capability requirements, translating these into structured hiring plans and talent pipelines to support future growth.
- Provide regular insights on external market conditions and salary benchmarking to support hiring decisions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for office‑based roles, ensuring that high‑quality candidates are hired in line with business time‑frame requirements.
- Identify and engage passive candidates via a variety of tools to build strong relationships with potential future hires and reduce agency reliance.
- Develop and maintain talent pools aligned to business requirements to support growth plans.
